EDS Blue Knights!

Admissions and Registration

EDS will offer both full-day and half-day options for 5K for the coming school year.  Parents of children registered for the half-day 5K program for next year have the opportunity to register their children for a full-day program.  Those who would like to change to the full-day program should come to the office as soon as possible to complete the change form.  We believe we have a wonderful half-day 5K program at this time; however, a full-day program will allow more time for enriched and extended learning in math, reading, and science.  There will also be added time for children to enjoy learning center experiences in a full-day program.  We are excited to offer this new opportunity and welcome parents who have not yet registered their children for 2010-2011 to do so.

Welcome Parents!  As we are trying to be more “green” at EDS, the forms for 2010-2011 registration are listed below. These forms are in .PDF format.  If you do not already have Adobe Reader available on your computer, please click on this link and click on the yellow download button to install this program.  Then, you can open the forms by double-clicking on the form name.  The information that you must complete is highlighted.  Please note that your data will not be saved so please be sure to print the forms when you are finished.  Original signatures are required so please sign the forms, where necessary, before turning them into the EDS Office.  Incomplete forms will not be accepted.  Please feel free to call Christina Mendoza, EDS Business Manager, for assistance.  Paper forms are available upon request.  Thank you!
